How booking works

Submitting the booking form is a request — not a confirmed reservation. Your tour is confirmed only after Chasing Adventure Tours verifies availability and full payment has been received.

  1. 1You submit a booking request through our form.
  2. 2We check availability for your date and group.
  3. 3If it’s available, we send you instructions to pay 100% of the tour price (currently via PayPal).
  4. 4Once full payment is received, your booking is confirmed — and we can’t wait to show you around!

Payment

To confirm a booking, guests pay 100% of the tour price in advance. Once availability is verified we’ll send you payment instructions (currently via PayPal).

Cancellations & refunds

  • Cancel 48 hours or more before the tourFull refund
  • Cancel less than 48 hours before the tourNon-refundable
  • No-showNon-refundable
  • Your cruise ship does not dock in DominicaFull refund
  • Unsafe weather or operating conditionsReschedule or full refund
  • Chasing Adventure Tours cancels the tourFull refund or reschedule (your choice)
  • Weather calls are always made with your safety first.
  • If your cruise ship doesn’t dock in Dominica, you’re fully refunded.
